Star 2 Electric Scooter

So I got my hands on this old scooter. It didn't come with a charger or key. My guess is that it was thrown out due to one of these two things being missing. After bypassing the ignition it worked just fine.

Has anyone seen this model scooter before?

There is zero information on the web on this particular model. It looks very similar to the Star II 030b except mine only has two wheels and the batteries are side mounted by the rear wheel. It seems to work just fine, the batteries weren't below 12v so I am charging them. The only issue is that the rear tire tube is shot (this is why it is in a partially disassembled state). It only has a 350w motor, so maybe in the future I can upgrade the controller and motor :D

Any input is greatly appreciated!

call or check out website "Electric Scooter Parts". They are in Santa cruz, Ca. Their website answers almost any electric motor issue. And they have been really helpful on phone calls.

They seemed to be the only company that had parts for the Star II line for sale. Unfortunately they didn't have anything for this particular model. But I will def reach out to them to see if they know anything else. Thanks!
