The United States and Tunisia have enjoyed strong diplomatic relations for over 200 years. The Treaty of Peace and Friendship which the United States and Tunisia signed in 1797 enshrines this special bond. Tunisia was among the first to recognize the newly independent United States.

Just for our continued education so when we get on Jeopardy we will look really smart.

Most of us here in the USA, started out playing with old lawn mowers and various yard equipment.
I would find anything with an engine on it, make it run and then find a way to ride it. I have been doing that same thing since the sixties, and I am still doing that. Maybe there is a source of old yard equipment, used garden equipment or even mining/logging equipment where you could find a source of things to put together.
We all started out wanting to ride, and we all had to find a way to make it happen. Don't give up. Keep your eyes open and keep learning.

I was lucky growing up in the 80's and 90's in the Detroit area. Go karts and mini bikes were put to the curb on trash day all the time and that's how I got started. So many Ruttman and Lil Indian mini bikes. Seeing a snowblower in the trash was like hitting the lottery! I'd say at least half of our rigs had snowblower motors. Usually Tecumseh 5.5hp motors. My buddies dad was a welder for Tacom, so he would up whatever we needed.
We had some pretty crazy(and dangerous) builds when I was kid, and we had a blast. My dad a had small engine repair book and that thing helped me out so much as a kid. We sourced anything we could.

I would start showing up to all the lawnmower shops, scrap yards etc.... and get to know people and see what you can find. Sounds like you could even start making some money flipping stuff there since the market seems to be on the extremely high end. Good luck and keep soaking up the knowledge here.

That's going to take some work and some money in parts to finish, but you couldn't reproduce what's there for $300. Is that the style of kart you had in mind?
It's a very old and tired racing kart. If I understand your post, you already have a predator engine, and knew where to buy the rear axle kit.. That sounds like you have a source for other kart parts. Like front wheels, brakes, and cables. It's also proportioned correctly ( as it is clearly factory built ) and probably stronger than anything you could build yourself.
