So I picked up this cart lastnight, it has a Yamaha 440 engine on it. It's a little back heavy and gets a little shaky going fast in the front end. What can I do to make it more stable?

More weight up front, or the front camber and alignment could be off, but usually with big engine swaps that add weight on the rear and increase torque will make the handling pretty bad.

The steering is not great design for a kart that fast and big. Would ideally have steering rack from a buggy or china go kart. Also, it looks like the front wheels are toed out some, and for best results they should be toed in a degree or two.

The wheel was turned a bit for me to lock it to the pole. I'll check it out when I get home and adjust it a bit and see how it works, also picking up a 20lbs weight.
