I'm not sure who makes this but I can't find one any where the closest thing to it is a manco cast aluminum split wheel with a drum brake sprocket assembly it has 60 teeth with a 4.10 3.50 4 tire on it I have seen these http://www.gokartsupply.com/tristar.htm but I don't know how it work with lining up with the clutch and chain

If you're getting the rim & sprocket, it'll probably be something you can use, provided that you have a 4.5" internal brake. If you have a cent. clutch, you can adjust it in or out some, same with the wheel. Have a pic of the rear of the kart?

cool is that a hands wheel?
Some people on this forum would hit you with a stick for that ;)

Anyways the sprocket you listed will be most likely the one you'll end up buying
(because of lacking alternatives)

If so, you WILL need a spacer to mount it to your wheel, because of the missing step down your's has.
The only of the shelf spacer I know is for the TriStar wheel (gks doesn't have it listed so see here:)
http://www.gokartgalaxy.com/4_5_band_brakes_and_components.htm

But it needs to match your wheel's bolthole circle.

or you have to make your own spacer..
like Ryan did here.

The rim is called obsolete. .....Seriously-maybe someone can ID it from the photos. ....but it would probably help if you included bearing hole size and bolt hole circle measurement. .....

I thought you talking about my hand was in the picture I feel like a dumb *** im too new to this karting world

No problem..
Again there's no need to know every bit that's out there..
and the name of them is really easy to misunderstand :D

But yeah, that's basically what you're searching for.

Allow me to suggest to just keep what you have,
the rim looks to be in decent shape, only the inner
half is what you need

get those for example:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Go-Kart-NOS-4-Hands-Steel-Inner-Wheel-Halves-Pair-/261483346428

Then, a spacer and the sprocket you talked about earlier and you're good to go ;)
