I have had a few inquiries about how to change the sprocket on a small motor

This is how I install a Power Curve sprocket

Need a pair of standard plyers (opened up to the big setting)
...or a pair of channel lock plyers work well too (med setting)
&
...the appropriate socket (usually 13mm)
...& a power nut driver (preferred)
...or a ratchet

Grip the sprocket, on the motor, with the plyers (in left hand)
...use nut driver in the right hand to remove the retaining nut

* The retaining nut on the shaft of these motors has reverse (left hand) threads
So, to remove the nut, you need to have the nut driver (or ratchet) set to tighten

Once the nut is off, you can remove the "old" sprocket (if it don't come off easily, just use light prying action with a screwdriver)

Set your Power Curve sprocket in place (be sure it fits down over the two flat spots)
...grip again with your plyers
...& secure in place by reinstalling the retaining nut :2guns:

* Remember, (reverse threads) to reinstall the nut, you "actually" have to set the nut driver to loosen

Here is a quick video :cheers2:
