I think the axle's gotta be dismounted and bearing removed on that side... Is that hub keyed? If it is, and things aren't too horribly mangled, you should be able to replace the key without removing it, just loosen it and slide it over.

yea it is keyed and I was unable to slide it over so I cut the key thinking it would help, but it still gets stuck and I am unable to hit it over I don't know what the problem is. but I am getting angry with it I want to fix it ride it for a while and sell it and get a new toy and this is slowing me down a lot.

if the keyway is mangled it will be twisted
if there is rotary play twist it and pull it
also it may be a silly point but u are loosening the bolts on the side of the hub

I took all the bolts out, now there is no bolts anywhere on that side. I just don't understand why it gets stopped when I get it over to the right the axle and then it just stops and wont go any more. I don't know what is stopping it. Everything is loose.

If things are that magled, you might have to surgically remove the hub with a hacksaw or grinder. There is also a possibility the shaft's been butchered too. Obviously, the "cut it off" thing is a last resort, as you'll have to get a new one, but then again, you may have to anyhow. Your call.

well I got the axle moving and now I came to a stop again, my hub's move the sprocket hub and the break (caliper hub move freeley) I have the axle all the way to one side , and the bearings that are holding it now are preventing me from keep hitting it to remove it. I think im just gone remove the engine and move the axle up and knock off the sprocket hubs I think that is going to be a lot easier then trying to get the axle to slip out of the bearing with the position it is now.

Good news I removed the engine and just lifted the rear axle up and knocked the piss out of it until the bearings fell off and the part fell off that need to be replaced, now I am looking for a store that I can go into that can match my parts anyone know any near 60544 Plainfield IL? Thank you.
