Nice looking build, would like to see more pic's. One thing I did notice that you have a motorcycle master cylinder and res. but I can't see the caliper. Great idea, I'm installing one now on my kart thats from a 2006 Kawasaki 636R. Picked it up on ebay for $35 which includes shipping, it's in mint condition. Keep up the good work and post more pic's as you progress.

I used 1" tubing for the cage and yes I did use a motorcycle mastercylinder and caliper, I don't even know what type of bike it came off of and I had to fabricate the caliper mount myself. We have a guy here in town that buys used and wrecked quads, cycles and mini bikes. I bought the whole setup for $20.00. He mainly sells everything for scrap prices. My original plan was to put a 4 stroke motorcycle engine on it but someday I want my now 5 year old to drive it and I thought it would be too difficult for him to drive something with a clutch. The guy sells complete motors for 20.00 also but does not know if they run or not and you can't take them back. He has a ton of stuff and just throws everything in a 50gal drum.

More Pics

Here are some more pics. All I have left to do is finish the throttle, disassemble the whole thing and paint it and fab the hood and side panels.
