Spring cleaning

Started cleaning up and organizing one of my work areas.
This is my metal work station. Since most materials used are not that big neither are the tools on top. Gotta make it all work in a small area.
Drill press, mini belt sander, mini chop saw, flat vice,
and grinder/wire wheel on other side. Roll out power cord with 4 outlets mounted on side.
Top drawer misc drill bits, countersinks, taps.
Next, drills and drill bit sets
Next, grinder, flap sander, oscillating tool, jig saw, hack saw
Bottom, sawzall, mini brake, and misc.

Very nice compact mobile station
Mine is not as nice but it was also my 1st welding project and has held up.
Pic 1 - The stop is stainless angled steel, I left an open top because 1/4" plate is $$$ and I have numerous clamping options with an open top. My mitre saw with steel cut blade and vise on top. Clamps on the left, shelf for random sh!t. The bottom for welder and tool box which has top drawer with all markers, levels, and 90 degree clamps. 2nd drawer filled with chip hamers and wire brushes. Bottom contains welding helmets, gloves, and jacket.

Pic 2- mitre saw platform doubles as welding are for the smaller stuff.

Pic 3- showing removable platform and where magnet end up.

Pic 4- shows my other crammed area with extra table for when needing more room. Filing cabinets make great tool organizers.


I hope to make my next one with more options like compressor and power stations.

Thats a nice setup too. My actual space is only 9 by about 8 deep. Left side has harbor freight workbench and an upright tool chest. Right pside had welder, a cabinet and set of shelves. Open floor space is like 5.5 by 8.

I was gonna mention that then I remembered he lives in that area where that white stuff falls from the sky and stays on the ground. (strange) I like the use of space though do you see all the toys in the background on that elevated platform. Whats under there anyway? Dog kennels?

It use to be dog kennels but now it is more storage.

talk about a lot of big boy tools lol i have nothing like that.I have the garage space for it but no deep pockets lol
