Split rim broke - need to replace

Had a scare when the wheel went flying off the kart today! Sheared leaving the inner hub/bearing on the kart and the wheel rolling away.

Any suggestions to replace? They’re split rim and maybe that’s not a good idea. 3/4” inside diameter with 15x5-6 tires.

Looks like I can replace the inner part of the split rim but I don’t know what it’s called so am having a hard time finding that part.

Weld it back on?
Did it with a cheap wagon wheel. Then scrapped it.

I can't tell by looking at your picture but are you suggesting that your hub came apart?

If that is the case, deflate the tube and remove the wheel halves from the hub and just buy a new hub. I personally suggest replacement over trying to repair a busted hub. Just my opinion.

But surely someone will come along and disagree with me just because it was me that said it...
