speedometer?

I'm buying a mini bike soon and i wanted to know if there was a speedometer type thing i could put on it a had one on my bicycle that counted how often the wheel spun to determin speed do they have one of these for mini bikes?

ive seen some for bikes that im going to try out, it dosent connect to anything so it seems like it will work.
