Is there a speed calculator for running a TC, jackshaft with 2 sprockets?

Since most of our CVT's top out at 1:1, you need not calculate for them. The CVT's output sprocket can be treated as the engine sprocket for your calcs. For TAV2's and clones thereof, just factor in a 10% overdrive (ie add 10% of calculated speed to the calculated speed.)

What your looking for is this, http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/speed-calculator.php
The avg rpm is 3600, so if you put in 3600, gear rartio ill put 4, and then ill put 15 for the tire diameter. (this is an example, youll put in your specs).
And i get about 40mph. Now using the torque conveter 10% thing that toystory provided, 10% of 40 is 4 so you will go about 44mph.

Now put in your specs and you should be able to use the same process (if you have a live axel youll geta more acurate answer at about 4 for the gear ratio)

that calculator does NOT calculate speed of a setup with a jackshaft, like Slash4 asked. he seems to be asking for a calculator that will allow him to enter in his sprocket sizes as well (i assume) to get his top speed.

it's interesting that this thread started right after the thread i started that actually has the answer to this question. lol.

Ok I didnt c the other thread about the jackshaft. Sorry. I've just been excited about my new hobby:drool5:. Thanks for the help. I feel stupid now because I already new that the TCs were basically either 1:1 or overdrive so I coulda entered the jackshaft and axle then factored OD as you guys stated. Can't tell I'm a NOOB?
