I Didn’t Want To Cut The Tires .But I Had No Choice Because This Tire Would Not Budge.Even After I Cut The Tire I’m still Stuck .I Don't Really Know What To Do.Rims Are For A Carter Kart So I Cant Just Up And Buy New Rims

Don't work on them frustrated or you'll just mess something up. What I did to get mine loose was to cut a "v" shape out of the tire as close to the bead flange as I could get. Then I used a Dremel with a stone tip to grind down the steel belts on the bead. I only ground them about halfway, then used a screwdriver to pry upwards and snap them 1 by 1. Once the steel cords break it'll pop off. Good luck!

My best freind has a carter same rims. Same issue his grandpa took the tire to a tire shop and you can guess (glued!)

I've seen that from time to time, especially on split rims with tubed tires. They didn't want to risk the tire turning on the rim and ripping the valve stem out.

Its one of those things... Have to glue one part anyways, might aswell glue it all...

I needed to change the tires on a couple split rims recently. I was able to get one apart & half of the other one, but the last one wouldn’t budge. I saw a post somewhere where someone suggested putting them in the burn barrel & then the next day scrape off the ash & repaint. I think they were joking, but it actually worked. I started a small fire to burn some cardboard boxes & put the wheel with the stick tire on it. Didn’t take long at all for the tire to burn off. It didn’t get hot enough to compromise the steel wheel.
