Flyinhillbilly
The great cornholio
Hey guys, I've almost got my race car done, but I lost my mind and decided to turbo my daily driver / mud truck. I built a mild forged piston, powdered metal rod 9:25:1 350 with ported 441 heads and a mild Lunati cam. Bought a cheap chiwaneese GT45 70mm turbo to liven things up a bit. I'll be back on the Nitrobug pretty soon as I keep eyeing the two jugs of 98% sitting in my living room. Just thought I'd post this here as I'm pretty excited to get it running. Should be around 500hp on pump gas according to my simple hillbilly figuring. Here's a video of it just after breaking in the cam so it's still idling pretty high, but you get the idea. I'm waiting on the outlet flange for the turbo then it's on to the tuning phase, after that, it's off to the local mud hole for some video.

Here's a video of the first burnout in my race car. 2psi, 1/4 throttle. I have a long way to go on the tune, but it sure felt good to turn some rubber into smoke.
