Long story short I traded this guy some old tires I had laying around for this Kart. It came partially disassembled, with all of the parts in boxes(mostly just bolts and engine covers, as well as some seats and a brake system). It seems pretty complete the only thing I can see that it needs is a new throttle cable. What I was hoping is if you guys could help understand better what I've got. Pictures are below, if you need anything more detailed pictures or nomenclature just let me know. From what I can tell I think the motor is a Briggs and Straton with a Warlbo Carb and there was some literature on LTO karts that came with it.

Thanks in advanced for all your help

It looks like an offset racing kart. It has a clone engine. Not a B&S. The clutch looks like a racing type with a few discs to transfer the torque.
I would say you made a good swap for those tires.
For more specific info visit website Bob's 4Cycle and the vendors who advertise on his homepage.

Its an offset Kart. unless all you want to do is turn left, don't waste a ton of money on it. Looks like a Brigg's Animal to me. I'd check the S/N to confirm, they are a hellova lot more valuable than a clone when bought new. No clue what they're worth used.

I was going to say sure has a lot of Briggs parts on it. ....

That's a briggs animal engine. The carb is on upside down. That looks like a triple disk bully clutch to me looking at the basket and lever design. I'm not sure on the chassis brand. Its an early offset with less adjustable front.

What rpm limit is shown on the PVL coil? I can't read it in the pics. I don't remember if the color has anything to do with the rpm limit. Looks like an Animal to me too. Why's the carb upside down?

The throttle cable comes in from the top of those carbs.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I'll put the carb right side up. One more question do the fuel lines look like they're going to the right place? There are extra nozzles on top of the head are they for fuel or something else? Does anyone have good pictures that I can use as reference? Thanks again.

They are for crankcase vent or fuel pulse. Take a better pic of the carb if you don't care. Its been a while since I messed with one.

I'm away from the computer and the screen on my phone is tiny so I can't see the pic real good but a normal set-up is the line from the fitting in the valve cover goes to the "pulse" inlet on your pump. A second line will be an "in" line from the fuel tank to the pump. The third will be an "out" line from the pump to the carb. There will be a crankcase vent line to a catchcan or filter .Sometimes there's a "return" line from the carb back to the tank. Better pics will help.
