I found this; IHI RHB31 turbocharger on eBay. That was before I checked out the link to lemegacool's turbo shopping cart though :surrender: A Smart car turbo would probably be cheaper and easier to obtain from your friendly neighborhood auto wrecker, plus you can grab all the oil & coolant lines and fittings that the eBay turbo doesn't come with

I've also done the smog pump supercharger thing with a 3.5hp Honda pump motor I fished out of the dump many many years ago. It worked great at first! I built it as a draw through setup and the gasoline ruined the phenolic vanes in the smog pump. I've since heard of dudes using AC compressors as superchargers, since they have more robust seals and are easier to fabricate flanges and adapters for. The electromagnetic clutch should be removed and swapped for a regular pulley. Good luck!

should be small enough.. may be smaller ones there too..

seriously small turbo.. I thik its prolly even smaller thatn teh IHI one from the bluebirds/sunbirds that became popular for atvs/bikes...

not sure tho.. didnt check into it overly much.. m warrior engines all bust, and i have no intention of turboing a lawn mower type engine when i can upgrade to a 9HP one for 150$ or 16-18HP one for 300$ lol

Im turbo lover myself, but not for this stuff.. lol

Those turbos will work on anything, I remember someone (on the internet) put one on a Honda CT70 and got boost of of it. I've got a ton of info on those turbos somewhere on the computer.

It is the smallest turbo ever made, nothing on cars even comes close to its size, it has a relative called the TD015 which is basically the same.

Here's some specs

Specifications
Model TD02
Organization output (PS): 8-40
Amount of exhaust(cc):
Diesel organization: 600
Passenger car: 500
Two-wheeled vehicle: 250
The highest rotation speed (rpm): 270,000
Temperature of gas allowance and the highest (Centigrade): 900
The maximum compression ratio: 2.2
Weight (kg) with waist gate valve: 2.0

So it's good for between 8 and 40PS (PS and horse power are almost exactly the same). Only weighs 2KG!

Thanks

Hayden
