nope, its a two. for $20 i'd go for it. if ths skis and solid, and the track is decent you could probably get $75 for the two on ebay alone. Wont be an amazing kart engine, but its a step up from any industrial engine.

there's pretty much nothing left but an engine...im wanting to either put it on my kart or maybe my bobber street bike...question for you guys though...I was reading through the "snowmobile how to" sticky and it says that you need a jackshaft...why is that???

Because of the way the transmission it set up, think of it more as a shaft for mounting the rear part of the transmission on.

The secondary cannot mount directly onto the axle, so you must mount it on a jackshaft. Infact you may end up needing a double jackshaft setup to get the proper reduction.

wait how come it can't mount directly??? doesn't the snowmobile you a basic cent clutch design???

ok gotcha so basically it's got a toque converter on it so it will need a jackshaft to run the secondary part of that...
