hey im building a home built kart that im gonna use for fun and some times racing (or i may just buy my bros)

I would straighten out the seat. Not sure if that was becasue of the program or for your motor mount or not.

yah i was also planning to lose the side bumpers and wheelbarrow wheels and build a go kart body/shell lol, keep in mind this is my first kart so it wont be amazing, or pretty lol
and thanks for pointing out the seat lol

It is very common for racing karts to have the seat offset to the left, and turned on a bit of an angle for engine clearance.

same plus the fact of putting a body on it would make for a akwar ride lol great if i go with the tilted seat i could tilt it such that it seems im driving in a drivers seat of a car
starting to build today lol if i can fin some metal lol
il gonna build a few bodys because i will probaly crash alot lol
two bodys (one for racing, one for bashing)

not sure lol as i stated i got the plan of google but it looks to be auto cad imo very well done too

sorry for double post, im gonna wait till im done exams to start this kart but im gonna make my own carbon fiber parts too so it will be fun and rewarding lol im trying to make a realistic car type kart to race freinds with to

im done exams and got a new laptop and picked up some metal to start my kart and also got a acetalen and mig/tig/arc/stick welder and a weed wacker motor pics coming soon
