I have the best luck between like 9am and 1pm on the east coast. It slows from there and is about the same until the next day. It gets really bad from like 4pm to 7pm.
I own 2 dedicated servers out of a Chicago datacenter. Can host very very cheaply with full admin panel control on a very fast server under little load. Lemme know if you're interested. Can have this site moved seamlessly.
