silver fox engine swap questions

I have a silver Fox go cart with a subaru robin 169cc 6.5hp. i am looking to swap it with an engine and was wondering if anyone else has swapped engines on this same cart so i know if the engines work with the frame. I was considering a predator 212 with some mods on it but im not sure if it would work. Thanks!

It sure will. Predators are a great platform on which to build. Just start with a wedge head version not the hemi.

Why are you swapping engines? The Robin Subaru is a high quality engine made in Japan. Parts are expensive and difficult to find at times but with regular maintenance those engines hold up over the long haul.
