What if a person removed the rear sprocket, and could somehow get the rear to accept a TC driven?
Then adjust the rear driven to not activate until a relatively high speed was achieved.

Using a regular TC setup in front of it might make for an insanely fast bike.

I haven't drawn this out yet, but two pulleys would be needed in position 2.
Lining it all up might be something though.
