some videos of that beast in action would be awesome! saw the one you had where the camera person held the camera vertically instead of horizontally. lol. turn the camera sideways - THEN hit record! lol. you had a chance to take it out on the dirt yet?

My custom Radio Flyer built more than a decade ago. I did all the design, fab and engine build work. I have gone over 60mph on my county road with this. Once!

This is my rebuilt red fox gokart. 5hp gc 160 honda engine. Aluminum floor and seat and back rest. Chrome home made header exaust pipe.

18HP B&S Opposed Twin, electric start, 40 series TC, 22" rear tires, fully welded roll cage/chassis by yours truly, bucket seat with 4 point harness, etc. Here are some pics and videos for ya!

Kartco Rebuild

This is a Kartco 330
Purchased in the pouring rain (very rusty) incredibly dirty but frame was straight
came with a 3hp briggs,
re welded the floor pan and backrest, new steering wheel,seat, pedals,cables, tires, wheels powder coated as well as frame. Moved up to a Briggs Fun Power that was taken off my second project which is a ROBRON Dixie Roustabout II. This cart is for my little girl, Just like dad had in 77

Nothing too big but certainly something I was proud of taking into consideration that in an amateur. Plus new engine :D when I just got it everything was rusted and had to so a lot of grinding and used the wire wheel a ton and also a rust converter then spent like 3 days sanding it and another 3 days painting it then swapped the old Tecumseh 6hp for a Predator 212cc

Buggy dual with 250cc ATV engine

I build this kart for a boss of a machinery plant for his own toy purpose with fully plans & drawings, he can only afford a 3-months visa trip in China for me,I with a work man done almost complete job,the rest they finished last for a year

When went back to Taiwan oct 2011,I ordered custom parts those no easy find custom made in China

I made a compilation video using youtubes built in video editor, and figured I would toss it in here. It was fun, for me anyway, to see the full evolution from the day I got it moving under it's own power, to it's current state. Next I plan to redo the seat area so that I can put in two of the folding boat seats. Post up any suggestions, and I might put it in.

Looks like a good time was had by all!!!! Quick question about your red kart; it appears to have some form of front suspension, but I couldn't make out any details. Maybe some photo's please?
