this is for suggestions and i thought i'd suggest a shoutbox for hot topics when people are ready for an instant answer. maybe there is some sort of instant message program that can be implemented into the website. just a thought a few other forums i am on have them. video games mostly

I have seen this on oldminibikes.com and works well. Also powered by vBulletin.
I think it's a great idea.
It's one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" things.
