Should i rebuild or replace?

Idk why it happened but it did, the governor wasn’t removed or anything. The rod also came up and took a chunk out of the piston skirt so piston is toast as well. Should i bother rebuilding it? The cylinder doesn't look too good and i dont have a hone.

Replace it will be much cheaper. Looks like it was run low on oil.

Ok, ill see if i can find a 8 or 10 horse local, id hate to put a predator in my vintage kart it needs a flathead.

Yea, too much aluminum smeared all over to try to rebuild.
