It looks pretty decent & the price is ok.
Pro's:
It's an almost complete buggy for little more than a lot of members pay for an engine
Great experience
Cons:
With a broken starter, you can't even check the engine's compression or spark

I agree with Fabroman, the price is really nice. However, the engine doesn't seem to be a in good state anymore. It would be cool if you get it running again, if you can't, buy a new or used engine. You can get a new one for $100.
Either way, wether you can get it running or not, I would go for it!

Go for it! The engine has an air filter, that's a plus! It is more likely to have compression.

Thanks guys for your input. I love this website its nice to beable to get other peoples opinions and know how. If I get this "GEM" lol Ill let you guys know.Probably start a thread on the repairs.
