Yes that should fit you should still measure the shaft size just to be sure.
That does not replace a centrifugal clutch it is an upgrade from a centrifugal clutch.

As long as the bore of the TC is the same as the diameter of your shaft, it will be fine. That is a knock off comet 30 series. They are rated for up to 8HP only

the 301cc is 8HP, so you are good to go with the TC you linked. Just don't mod your engine, otherwise you will be pushing out more HP's than the TC is rated for
thanks, i wasnt really planning on modding it anyways, im sure it will have plenty of power just as it is. :)

Also, I have heard that the torque converters that sell for $84 are delayed (e.g. Could take weeks and weeks to get to your house because they probably direct order from China)
