Severing Wheel Valve!!

Hi,
Everytime I go to turn a corner at speed on my go kart, the rim seems to slip inside the tyre and sever the valve right off. Ive been through at least 3 inner tubes now and its totally discouraged me from driving my kart. How do I fix this

Sounds like a tire pressure increase might be and idea, but more info is needed. Post pics of tire and wheel, and the pressure you run at. Also- front or rear tire?

The cheap china 10in dolly tires do that alot- fill them up to 25psi and it will stop.
