my1020 36v 100w modified

the controller is diy with no-dissipative curent limit up to 100A and UVLO

there is a 74 tooth sproket on the axle and 11 tooth on the motor

yes its the fiberglass plate who the brush are mount

the power wires must be change , its 14awg (2,5mm2) on the motor , i replace it with 9awg (6mm2)
i can put 120A whithout melting

here is the schematis of the controller , it need an external 15vdc power supply like a a power resistor and a zenner diode or a dc/dc converter

sorry if my english is bad , i am french

Thanks! So the controller is 100A 48V then? What is the "ST1" connector for? And the potentiometer is the throttle controller?

My go kart has 3 35Ah 12V sealed lead acid batteries, and I don't think I have room for another one. Could I still use this with 36V?

the st1 connector :

-1 :+ trottle and + aux psu
-2 : input trottle (0 / 15v )
-3 : gnd

you can use on 36v but you must change the voltage probe circuit as it shut down at 31v to protect the battery from over discharge

remove one 10 volt zennre diode and replace another with 7.2v zenner

dont forget a good low esr 4700µf 63v capacitor on the motor power supply
