Anyone have pages from the Sears catalogs that showed their minibikes and gokarts? I used to always look and wish for one of their machines. They had GOOD/BETTER/BEST models and was fun to see what changed to make a better model.
In Xmas of 1984, my brother and I got a two seater model called the LIME LIMO. It was the top of the line model and cost $600 IIRC. It was green with stripes and had slicks, live axle, parking brake AND an electric start Tecumseh 5hp engine with battery. It was fun to drive, but brother broke one of the cast aluminum wheels although we could still use it. The engine never ran right, probably because I was scared to lean it out enough to get it running smooth. Don't know whatever happened to it.
