Scored this Honda motor worried some since it sat without spark plug in... Any info u guys can give me?

Turn it over slowly by hand to see if it completes a revolution; if it does so with little to no resistence, it should be ok...

Add 1 table spoon of oil to the cylinder and rotate over slowly to coat cylinder and put plug back in.
