So my idiot friend decided to buy a scooter roller frame from this one kid who had already ripped him off ONCE.

$200 later, and alot of promises of a good condition scooter roller later...

We get a frame missing the entire rear end, handlebars that have gone emo on itself and scratched itself up beyond use, and the kid attempted to fix the gone-to-hell paint job with a $.99 can of black spray paint (with deep gouges every few inches).

BUT, we got him back good. How? Well let's rewind a bit...

When paying for the roller ($200), we attempted to send him that via PayPal. However, much to our dismay (lol), he didn't know how to recieve it. So we came up with a brilliant idea of MAKING him a PayPal account, and putting $200 manually in it.

So... with that done, and the sh1tped recieved, we decide that for every PART that was MISSING (and we had orally spoken and VERIFIED that it would be there), we would buy ourselves, at the expensive of HIM.

How? He didn't change the PayPal password yet, and it had reached the "Spending limit" ($200/ 6 months, coincidentally), so we refunded ourselves the $100 we needed in parts and repair...

And off we go :roflol:

As much as he did rip you off, I'm not sure you should brag online about buying things given someone else's account....

If anything, all the better if he reads it. He knew full well he was on a thin line between us after the FIRST transaction, which he acknowledged he scammed us out of $60. ACKNOWLEDGED.

He should've been nicer on the turnaround and actually stuck to his terms, not leave the entire rear end missing. He still owes me a motor, $5, and a carbuertor.

Lol. He asked me to GIVE him $5 for him to ship out a carb to moi (from the $15 he owed me from having to replace the magneto myself), whereas 3 weeks went by... numerous emails later, "sry man i wuz in jail, my mom'll ship it out".

It'd been 3 weeks, who knows how long since? I still don't have it :) Lol.

Well his brother/himself/mom called us today, and they said they were going to press charges for "stealing our monies". Lol.

Yeah good luck with that. The mother herself claimed that they were "my parts" and "I sent them out myself". Yeah, guess that means you approve of scamming someone OUT of parts, UNTIL we ourselves tell him that the money is gone, whereas, suddenly "we always had the parts!".

Yeah, we waited thinking maybe he'd send the parts realizing he forgot them. Apparently not, and he only "found them later" after we took the money, although we ORALLY VERIFIED with him that he had the parts and they were coming with the scooter.

And his mother is just an idiot... just wanted the money:) His brother was smart enough (IMO) to know that I had calculated it myself and was fully justified in the $ and just handed it down to his brother :p

If stuff goes down I would change the password and say you never made the transaction.

Not too worried TBH. They're (no offense to anyone), poor, run down *****es. If the son can ACKNOWLEDGE scamming my friend in a previous transaction and in a light and happy note, then IDK what family morals they're learning.

And then the MOTHER pretty much acknowledges she didn't send the parts out, and STILL didn't even when she full well knew they it was missing, and then only contacted us rage and **** when the $100 was missing.

In case anyone wanted to know, the FIRST transaction (if we were to replace everything on it to even get it to STARTING Condition), would have costed over $70. Parts ONLY, no shipping or taxes.

This is getting pretty good now. Make sure you put them on speakerphone and tape them next time for defense in court... doubt it would come to that but better to be safe.

Orly? He lives somewhere up in the ghetto parts of Colorado Springs. He was almost laughing at my friend for falling for the G2D deal... I wanted to reach across the line and slap him.
