so I'm trying to pull apart an axel and i come to find that every nut and bolt sprocket hub and brake drum are rusted on and will not move an inch no matter how much i pound beat and spray product (such as yield pb blaster wd40 and oil) on and then pound and beat some more nothing will help strip this axel. does anybody know of something that will get in the threads and un rust it so i can take it apart and re use it or is it a lost cause and i should just chop the axel off and buy a new one.

Wow that's tiny print..
Using heat helps alot to free bolts and other parts rusted together.

i was going to torch it but i figured the flame with all the products that were on there would make a very large fire or the heat would warp something

Warped or "just chop the axel off and buy a new one" anyway. Try the torch you have nothing to lose right. may be worth a try.

Howabout a description/some pics of the vehicle this belongs to.
Buying a new axle, sometimes easier said than done.

Pb and heat. Spray pb between axle and component, give it a min, then give the component some light taps to work it in more. Then apply heat, get it good and hot.

My suggestion at this point would be to then quench it by splashing cold/warm water on it. Which since you would be going from rapid heating to rapid cooling the expansion and contraction of the metal would help to break the rust free.

May need to do it a cpl times, but keep at it and just tap the components off slowly and evenly all the way around.

Hmm I wonder if soaking it in coke overnight would work too...
