Rupp Monza SS frame

Yesterday I drove from Ohio to Pennsylvania to buy this kart. It was listed on facebook Marketplace and I had passed it up several times simply because it looked so drab. Finally out of sheer boredom I decided to take a look. At first glance, I didn't realize what I was looking at. I thought the additional side rails were added on by a previous owner, then I did another google search for Rupp frames... and came upon the image of a Rupp Monza SS frame. The guy's photos were crap and the brake system just looked like a blurred blob, but I suspected what it was. He didn't show the wheels either, so I messaged him for additional photos.

It was at that point that I made up my mind that a road trip was in order.

That's a sweet kart, but kinda a high price for me. That's one of the downsides of being broke, I can't afford cool s**t
