I purchased a kart this weekend. It has a 6 horse TEC with a TAV. The cart runs fine but taking off from a dead stop is definately not right. It engages and disengages until you get rolling good. I tightened the belt and chain and it worked well until I killed it and had to restart. I then realized the clutch was not disengaging at all when the kart was idle. Does anyone have any advice?
