reverse trike

ive been wanting to build a reverse trike for awhile now and i was wondering if i could just take the front end of a gokart and weld together a custon rear end and just put them together is it that easy. thanks

There are alot of people on here that have built them and yes it us that simple as you described I but you might want a wider front end to get the balance issue out of the way.

Widen the front end, lower the center of gravity, and keep the center of weight toward the front wheels as much as possible.

exactly mount the engine as low as possible

You also want to be as low as posible mostlikely you weigh more then the engine and when turning its a good idea to lean.

build the rear end first and have some what of a cradle for the engine then build the front end like a race kart but a bit wider

I have an extra engine from my current Kart build and I plan on building a Reverse trike. Been doing alot of research, and some scale model testing. Let me know if you need any info or help andy.
