looks like a Manco 400 at first.. but it's not.

I have no idea what it is though...

but it's not a Manco 400 (the one closest to your kart)
although it has indeed a Manco steering wheel and pedals.

Look like a manco to me too...

Now, about those front wheels, let's start a poll; what will disintegrate first, the bearings or the tyres?

In case you hadn't guessed, those wheels are not the highest quality; yes, I fitted the same ones to the front of my daughters kart but, it only goes around 10mph; they're not designed for high speeds or high loads...

.... I tend to agree(if the frame is unaltered)... however... looky at that steering rod end(looks like a quick release of sorts?... it's possibly altered).

I know why you say it's NOT a 400(steering hoop)... but envision someone had cut the factory hoop out and welded the bar in its place(maybe due to rust/bent hoop/in the way/etc...).

The only other thing I see that is different is the seat framework, on a factory 400 has that strap that goes under the buttox... but other than that, the steering end and the hoop looks like a 400 to me(kinda hard to tell from the 1st pic and attachment... kinda small).

... and for those that call out a karts manufactuer, 'just' by the parts that are on it... Ill admit its a good reference point to start off w/... but a terrible way to track down, just by itself :lolgoku:...

... here's an example...LMAO...'supposing... someone wanted to know the make/model of this kart... and the seller said "...it's factory made."... is it a Manco(pedals)... is it a Carter Bros(steering wheel)... is it a Lancer(seat/frontend)... is it a Yamaha(fuel tank)...lol (technically it 'is'... just not factory 'made'... all at once, by the same factory LOL ... and forget about the fact that the pic is in a shop, w/ 'fresh' unpainted welds...:lolgoku:).
