I need to get these bearings removed from my axle without damaging them. I have been trying liquid wrench (thats the wetness on one of them shown in the photo). Any suggestions you have please feel free to throw them out there.

Boy those look pretty solidly locked on there. If you have a piece of pipe that'll slide over the axle that's the same diameter as the inner race, you might be able to tap them off? Maybe someone else will have a better idea!

Are you worried about damaging the axle or the bearings?
Bearings can be cut right off the axle without touching the shaft, there is also a keyway to cut into.

Johnson81 has the right idea. Don't worry about damaging the bearings, This is probably the best time to replace them anyway. You don't want to get your kart totally finished and then find out after 1 week or month of use you have to tear it apart for a $10 bearing.

Put it in a vise with the bearings resting on the edge of the jaws, leave the vise loose enough to where the jaws only sit on the bearing races, not the axle. Spray some pb blaster, and lightly tap the end of the axle trying to push the bearings off.

What I would do though is just order some new bearings, theyre cheap. Cut the old ones off, clean up the axle&lightly oil the axle. Install new bearings and be done with it. Why go through the trouble of trying to save something thats less than $5 with shipping included? Especially if its going to take you hours of frustration? I understand money may be tight...but is it really worth the frustration?

Yeah, I'm with these ^^ guys, cut 'em off & buy new ones...

If you insist on saving the bearings, the only way to do so without damaging either the bearings or axle is a hydraulic press...
