For a street legal kart, you'll probably need a firewall, windshield, seat belts, headlights, tail lights/brake lights, mirrors, and a few others.

thats what i was thinking all the lights and mirrors i kinda figured but the windshield? motorcycles dont have em

The rules for 2/3 wheel vehicles and 4 wheel vehicles are completely different. I dont think Ive ever see a motorcycle with a firewall...

Possible, certainly. Even close to practical? Unlikely. Your best bet is to get it registered as either a low speed vehicle, like a golf cart, or building a revers trike and trying to get it registered as a motorcycle. Also, depending on were you live, no one will care as long as you have things like lights, and drive responsibly. The first two options usually require a drivers license. All that is from what I can remember about mass.

well fowler if i did get it registered it would be considerd a LSV or low speed vehicle like a golf cart so i could drive it on streets and stuff up 35mph i dont know metrics very well so i dont know the conversion but getting back to my main point is that i want to drive this on like country back roads and not have to worry and drive it to school once or twice

i dont know about usa but in aus 35 mph (56kph is faster than the speed limit around houses and 60kph is the speed limit on the main streets and industrial areas

it is basically the speed of a 50cc scooter

that would be handy to pop down to the shops
