Regarding CVT for Go-Kart

We are manufacturing a go kart. Our engine specification is as follows:
Engine- Briggs & Stratton 550 series
Displacement - 127cc
Power -3.5HP
Speed at Maximum Power- 3500rpm
Maximum Engine Speed - 3800rpm
Engine Idle speed - 1400 rpm
Diameter of shaft - 19mm

we need cvt of 3/4''. but it is not available in India.Can we use cvt having bore diameter more than engine shaft diameter.By using a sleeve.

Yes, they sell adapters. I have one - no issues with it.

Why not get a Honda clones.... From china. They'll have a 3/4" shaft, similar engine rpm stats as the Briggs, and 6.5hp which is plenty to move a small gokart.

They have a 3/4 shaft. The OP cant find a 3/4 shaft cvt in India.

Thats ok, Cause you make a good point.
The 85 dollar 3/4 shaft cvt's we get here, are also from China. You would think they would be easily available to India.

I don't think I have seen adaptors that make the engine output shaft smaller. I suppose you could have something like that, but I just haven't seen them

I googled their engine. It is 3/4 shaft. They say they need 3/4 shaft cvt.
Question:

So I think they want an adaptor: To put like a 1" cvt on their 3/4 shaft.
