Refinishing comet converters

So just took all my comet 30's I had laying around from old carts and brought them in to sandblast. Now my questing is. After sandblasting then is there something I need to paint them with. Or do I leave bare metal and just have to polish the crap out of them.

I would paint to match what its goin on at the time and clearcoat

i more ment the belt side and the insides of the converter

Polish the belt contact and where the sliding parts contact.
Did you remove the spring(s) before the sandblast? They might be damaged.

The springs were toast anyways. These were In really tough shape. They are all getting brand new springs and I need the center for 1 of them
