Redneck in Florida

Hi everyone. I'm a overgrown kid/redneck down here in northwest Florida. I found this site because I am starting a Granddaddy build from Spyder Karts. I built a cart about 18 years ago that Northern Tolls sold plans and parts for. It was nothing as elaborate as the Granddaddy, but it still turned out good.

I've bought the plans, already picked up the steel, and I'm already having questions. Where is the appropriate place to post questions? I plan on posting pics throughout my build. Lots of things have changed since I built that kart 18 years ago. I used a one wheel drive on it, now I'm jumping in over my head with a live axle and a torque converter. Yep, I'll have lots of questions lol..

Is Spyder Karts still communicating with customers? Their Facebook page has not been posted to since January? I sent them an email about a question on their parts list and have got no reply.

Well, if you intent to post pics along the way anyways;
start a thread in the build log section.

You can ask your questions in there as well along the way, that way you have the answers all in one spot.

I'm sure we're able to answer most -if not all- your questions here,
specific plan related questions though should be answered by spidercarts
(since you are not allowed to post the plan of course)

Spidercarts -for all I know- is a one-man business..
so sometimes it takes some time for "them" to reply.
