Red Trike. Possible project?

So I found this and I'm thinking I might have a project here but it could be difficult. What do you all think? I could make this for my 3 year old son but it's also big enough an adult could sit on it. Maybe a little briggs 3hp? Let me know what you think. If anything I can shine it up some so someone can have a nice little trike.
