Ah, you started a thread- good! No harm done.

Now- if you stick around a bit, somebody might have specific info for you, I don't. I can offer the following- Have you tried looking for a parts diagram for this thigs? I assume you have.

That said, you have what I would think is a 30 series Comet setup, or a MaxTorque which I believe is pretty much interchangeable. Your next move would be to measure the distance between the shaft centers (engine and jackshaft) and cross-reference that off a Comet belt chart to find your belt#. You'll find such a chart here.

Clutch Issues

First I wanna say thank you so much Toystory for the help with setting up my thread... Ok here is a picture of the clutch I put on today. it's a Max Torque belt drive clutch, 3/4 bore for A or B section belt. Pulley is 3.20" OD. I ordered a belt today based on the Comet chart that was sent for viewing by ToyStory. I'm thinking this will work, however I'm accepting any ideas that you can help me out with. Thanks to all of you great guys out there!!!!

Yep, that's what I thought: What you have is a centrifugal clutch with a belt pulley on it (as opposed to the usual sprocket). What you need is a cvt driver clutch

CVT Clutch & Belt

ToyStory and landuse, this is what my father and I did today... The kart pulls great, however I'm needing to know if any adjustments need to be made. The belt has some slack in it but it tightens up once you get on the throttle. I have a couple of photos for you guys to take a look at, please be sure to tell me what you think and if any adjustments may be needed. I purchased an extra belt just if we happen to have done this wrong. Thanks again to all of you for helping us out!
