rear wheel setup

alright so i am new to trying to build a go cart and just got a fram with a good engine. i need some help getting it to move lol. i need to find a sprocket and how to attach it to the wheel and i need the brake. and also how many teeth should i run? its a 5hp engine and am not sure how many teeth are on the clutch. any suggestions of where to buy them preferably locally if yall have any ideas. or if anybody has something old they could sell me it would be great im also on a pretty tight budget maybe get everything i need for about 50 bucks

im in east tennessee just outside of knoxville but i meant like i know northern tool supply or whatever has a little bit and there is one not far from my house
