just wanted to share you input, i made this for my son and looks and runs a lot better now. Runs on heavy grass and dirt with no problems at all. Pretty quick now, I have a 36v @ 40amps speed controller i may swap out later, here is a video i made

That thing is pretty quick, where is your boy's helmet though?

he has one now, yes pretty quick. only thing is battery life 25mins on grass areas and speed controller getting hot.

I may add a larger heat cooler and larger batteries

you could push the 36v motor to 60v.

is a 24v motor, but i just added 36v 1000w @40amp speed controller. runs great on the grass, but on grass play it starts getting the wires hot and also the speed controller. the motor stays warm never hot

ohh i got ya. recently i put a 36v into my friends 24v scooter (he wanted it to go faster!) and it really went faster... everything but the battery is stock.

i heard anything past 36v in a 24v means its going to blow soon. but the most a 36v motor can take is around 60v before it blows.

ah i see, motor is doing great. im running 10 gauge wire, i may need to upgrade it.

I was thinking getting a 36v 1000w 3200rpm motor tho later from what it is now 24v 500w

I like to upgrade the batteries tho from three 12v 8ah to 12v 15ah, my only problem is lack of room to fit it in

I just got one of those lil carts, planning on putting gas motor on it though. have to figure out the clutch set up first, I was given a homelite 360 automatic chainsaw that I was going to try to make work.
