Hi, this is the first go-kart project I have tackled.
I'm taking a razor dune buggy, and putting an electric start snow-blower engine in it. I plan to just bolt the original engine mount onto the kart. For the throttle, I will take a bicycle's handbrake and line, and mount it onto the wheel or make a pedal. I bought a clutch, a sprocket, and have the chain (somewhere).
I ran into a problem: The sprocket is the wrong inner diameter, and the clutch wont slide onto the drive-shaft, because of the woodruff.
Also, I'm not sure if the carburetor even has throttle control.
Any ideas for the sprocket, clutch, and does anyone know what to do about the carb? Thanks!
