looks like the brass top can be screwed off with a wrench, then use a funnel? hard to get there with the handlebars

otyq.

Yeah, I drilled out the CO2 tank. Works well, needs a better support though.

And needs a idler sprocket... so much vibration when acceleration the chain just spits itself off :(

(Chain' tight, but vibration causes the chain to shake literally 1-2" side to side)

oscar, you running liquid gasoline, or compressed gas? nice job, no doubt. ok i think i know what's up. you're using exhaust pressure to charge the tank and force the fuel to the carb. some of that r/c ingenuity hunh?

Innnnnnnnteresting!!! I didn't notice the second line at first glance. Is it working well? Does it work well enough for a fuel tank mounted BELOW the carb?

Re: Vibe's... Bent sprocket? Harleys vibe like nobody's business, and they don't throw chains...?

Its more of the clutch used on these 49 cc engines is very jittery when taking off and has a tendency to throw long 25 pitch chains.

Fine ya hatorz, well I actually got it to stay on. I aligned the chain better, and it lasted great! Until I turned a slightly sharp turn.

Then she fell off, but I need some washers/spacers to make it work out some better.

It did gain a heckload of speed though, clutch is VERY weak. And very little torque. I'm thinking of swapping for that three shoe clutch now, two shoes can't haul my 145lbs.
