Thanks. Love the intact dealer tag (Kody Karts and not some mundane hardware store) and the engine labels. Good to see the 1983 engine date and what they looked like then as far as labeling goes (even in 1983 they used a metric displacement instead of just the horsepower). The engine date more or less firmly establishes the year the kart was born or possibly within a few months, accounting for overlap, delays, supply chain issues (ebb and flow).
The pedals, are those a manufacturer variation? They look a bit awkward as if they should point inwards. In other words foot goes on the pedal not the pedal arm. All you need now is a reproduction seat.
