Are you happy with the gearing? Does it have enough low end torque? Does it have enough top end power? I've never used an 80cc engine so I'm curious. Looks to do pretty well!
I'm not totally happy with the performance, but it's hard to say on the gearing just yet because of some other issues. I cannot get the carb adjusted properly, it wants to break up and cut out anywhere near full throttle, but I have a different, slightly smaller carb one on the way that will hopefully take care of that. Also it seems like the little engine doesnt make much low end power, but it likes to rev, so I feel like changing the clutch springs for higher rpms will help a ton. I ordered the springs to raise the initial engagement on the engine clutch to 2550 rpm and raise the shift point to 4800 rpm at 14mph. After the shift, the engine rpm will drop to around 2900 and accelerate to around 27 mph at 5500 rpm.
