Replicating iconic cars of the past. Why innovate when you can copycate?
Love the first generation Bronco, ’67 Mustang, 240z, Land Rover Defender 90 (or any slab side Land Rover), etc. I understand they’ve been repopping Willys MB/Ford GPA bodies for a few decades now in the Philippines.
I adhere to the idea of severe longevity of a body style instead of that new tooling every 5 years B.S.. As long as the body is reasonably safe with modern crumple zones and all that jazz it’s good enough for me.
