quad engine

Guys, I can get my hands on a 150 CcC quad engine in running condition. Is this a step up from my Honda 3.5 Hp G150 engine or are they comparable.

yea because the quad has a gearbox on it so the output shaft should have much higher rpm's in last gear

Got another lead on a 200cc engine + some spares. Will follow up tomorrow. Wo'nt mind paying a bit extra if the guy throws in a set of wheels.

The 200cc lead did'nt turn out too great - priced too high + the guy did'nt want to negotiate so I walked away.

The 150cc is still on - will make arrangements this afternoon for payment and collection of the motor.

Received the 150CC motor today - complete with loom, starter, tank, keys + chain. Will post some pics later.
